Each year, there are countless cases around the nation challenging believers and their constitutional rights. In a recent example, Christian teacher Maureen Rigo and her students were told by police to stop praying outside the U.S. Supreme Court because it was against the law.
The officers cited a statute that prohibits parades and processions on Supreme Court grounds.
Many see this and several other instances as an attack on Judeo-Christian beliefs.
The Alliance Defense Fund, a Christian legal group, sent a letter to Supreme Court officials July 15, urging them to stop their police from violating people's constitutionally protected rights.
